First came the innocent years. For Arved Ojamaa, born in Estonia, a small, independent country in Baltics, life was serene and idyllic for him, his neighbors and schoolmates in rural setting. But this all was about to end. As the events that would become Second World War in Europe, the Soviet Union send its Red Army to occupy the country. Life for all Estonians changed forever. In «Capful of Wind» the author recalls the years of fighting against the common enemy, communist Russia. Life now included uncertainty fear and destruction, imprisonment and even death. Still amazingly, for Ojamaa, help seemed to come when the situation was most perilous. This memoir recounts the events that made it possible for him to survive.
